Pleasure Island closed on September 28, 2008 for a major renovation expected to last at least two years, and completed recently. Although some of the old associated entertainment venues were closed permanently, some of the restaurants and shops remained in operation throughout the renovation. Formerly Pleasure Island Entertainment Complex.
